of PickDate you are in complete control of your personal information. This includes

use PickDate.com.

What personal information is being gathered by PickDate and how
is this information being used?
User Registration
When you use PickDate, you provide various information.
This includes your
first and last names, your full address and your telephone number, a unique login
name, password, and password validation. This information is collected on the registration
form for several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to facilitate
use of the service, (iii) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary;
(iv) to customize content to meet your specific needs; and (v) to make product improvements
to our products and services. In addition, your email address is collected to send
you an email message confirming your new user registration. You may occasionally
receive updates from us about special offers, new services, and other noteworthy
news items. However, you may always decline to receive these email messages. Please
see our Opt Out policy described below.
Your User Profile
This information comprises your online PickDate profile and is available to anyone
who views your profile on PickDate.
Your profile, however, does not include any identifying information about you, exclusive
of the screen name that you chose at the time of registration.
Newsletters
PickDate may provide newsletters (if applicable) as an optional benefit for users.
Online Surveys
PickDate values opinions and comments from users, so we frequently conduct online
surveys. These surveys are entirely optional for users. Typically, the information
is aggregated and used to make improvements to develop appealing content, features
and promotions for our users. Survey participants are anonymous unless otherwise
stated in the survey.
Cookies
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your
computer's hard drive. PickDate uses cookies in several ways. We use cookies to
allow you to login without having to type your login name each time. Instead, only
your password is needed to access the system. We also use cookies to track usage
of the "Guest" path and to serve advertisements through our advertising networks.

PickDate collects IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers and for
system administration.

aware that we may have links on our site which may collect personally identifiable
information about you. This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices
or policies of such Web sites.
Who will the information be shared with, if anyone?
We do not
disclose your email address nor do we sell it or make it available to any third
party. Notwithstanding, when you send
an introductory note through our system to another member, your email address is
included in that note so that the recipient can respond to you.
Further, PickDate.com may contact you via email from time to time, to inform
you about upgrades and improvements to the system and of special promotions or events. The only way to remove yourself from
such mailing is to suspend your membership. Please send us email to
admin@PickDate.com.
Opt Out Policy
At any time, you can unsubscribe to any PickDate email offering or newsletters.
Security
The PickDate
database resides behind firewalls in order to protect you against the loss, misuse
and alteration of the information under our control.
We have taken preventive measures to restrict access to sensitive data, as
well as to detect and prohibit certain connections and operations by unauthorized
users. While our measures exceed industry
standards, no claim is made as to the impenetrability of the system under unusual
circumstance or its resilience to future attacks.
What other information should I know about my privacy?
PickDate may contain links to other Web sites. Please note that when you click on
one of these links, you are entering another Web site for which PickDate has no
responsibility. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of all such sites
as their policies may be materially different from PickDate's Privacy Policy. Of
course, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords
and any account information. Please be very careful, responsible, and alert with
this information, especially whenever you're online.
In addition to the circumstances described above, PickDate may disclose user information
if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law
enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise
necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights or properties
of PickDate or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is
necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be

or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.
